John Papazian is the owner and president of HAIKU PROPERTIES. He graduated with honors from Stanford University before moving to Maui in the early 70's. Over the past 25 years, he has developed 9 subdivisions in the Haiku and Kula areas that have been very well received for their low density (2 acres minimum) and spectacular settings and views. He has been the number one producer in Kula for the past six years in sales above one million dollars, and he has been in the top 50 realtors throughout the state for the past three years. His success is attributed to building long term relationships with clients by providing the most thorough research and analysis along with the performance to back it up; he is known for his low-key manner based upon reputation and performance rather than print media advertising. Mr Papazian has been featured in articles about real estate and the economy in many perodicals including the Wall Street Journal ,Vancouver Sun and the Calgary Herald. He currently lives in Kula with his wife and two teenage children. Mr. Papazian's interests range from literature and film to sports; he is an accomplished tennis player (but only will play singles).
